Fitting for multilayer male brass pipe 1/2″, fixed to be crimped 20 mm PBTUBEreference MCRM220.

The connection is composed of :

– a body consisting of an insert with an EPDM O-ring to receive the tube and an end to connect to the network or to another tube,

– a ring to fix the crimping sleeve on the body to check that the tube is correctly inserted

– a crimping sleeve that compresses the tube onto the insert by mechanical deformation.

The assembly of the tubes must imperatively be carried out with the tools recommended by the manufacturer and in the following order:

• Cut the tube with a tube cutter
• Deburr and calibrate the tube
• Insert the tube into the fitting until it stops
• Place the crimp assembly in the tool head and close the head
• Release the clamp, and push the button to release the crimped assembly
